The shareholders’ meeting has, in fact, named Giuseppe Antonini President and has given Mario Fazzi the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mauro and Alessandro Celli continue to lead the family business, assuming, respectively, the roles of Vice President and Executive Director. Mario Fazzi’s professional career began at Fabio Perini s.p.a., a manufacturer of conversion systems for tissue paper, a company in which he held various positions; following this, Fazzi also became managing director of Korber Engineering Shanghai Co.
