The US Golden West Packaging Group acquired four independent packaging companies in Northern California: Heritage Solutions, Capital Corrugated, PackageOne, Packaging Innovators Corporation. This transaction allowed for the creation of an independent lamination plant/system on the West Coast, which provides customised packaging solutions to a diversified customer base with a special focus on sectors like wine, food, and electronic commerce. The company structured as described above offers packaging on demand, hot printed cardboards and displays, as well as a wide-ranging productive capacity, including structural and graphic design, flexographic print and litho-laminating process. «These operations will enable Golden West Packaging to reach an annual turnover of over 250 million dollars from a portfolio of well invested assets, including 35 million dollars invested in the update of equipment in the last three years», says the company CEO Steve Strickland. «The companies acquired provide their customers with high-quality packaging solutions.
