Neu www.neu-air-technologies.com, i.e. the air treatment division of Groupe Sfpi, has today been reinforced by the acquisition of JKF Industri www.jkf.dk, a Danish company specialized in the manufacturing of dust extraction installations and systems for any industry with plants in Denmark, Poland and Malaysia. The production of a wide range of equipment in the aeraulic sector, top-notch research and development and a significant presence in some of the most profitable sectors of the European market are some of the factors that make the acquisition of JKF Industri a truly strategic development for Neu. Besides optimizing processes along the entire production line, the air treatment technology specialists also guarantees that the same operators are duly protected. The techniques used (pneumatic conveying systems, ventilation, extraction, filtration) enable to optimize productivity and protect employees, equipment and air quality both inside the workshop and outside. With the acquisition of 98% of JKF Industri shares, Neu’s business will take advantage from additional products, new markets and geographical ares, thereby consolidating its presence in Europe. Furthermore, JKF Industri will enable Neu to sell its products through its sales network, which is strongly present in Scandinavia, Germany, Switzerland, the Baltic Countries and Poland.
