The Romanian tissue producer Pehart Tec has recently obtained a financing of about 24 million Euros by a group of three local banks. The funds, provided by Banca Comerciala Romana, Eximbank and Banca Transilvania, will have to be used by the company to finance investments aimed a increasing and modernising its productive capacity. Pehart Tec is controlled by Abris Capital Partners’ investment funds. The producer owns two production plants in Romania, specifically in Locat-ed and Dej e Sebeş.
