Tetra Pak’s converting factory in Texas www.tetrapak.com is getting ready to introduce new technologies to support its business growth in the United States and Canada. The features of the installation will be expanded thanks to an investment worth 30 million Euros in the upgrading of the factory, including the introduction of a new avant-garde laminating machine. This investment will enable Tetra Pak to move part of its productions from Mexico to Denton and offer considerable advantages to its customers: improved services, reduced delivery times and other logistic efficiency gains. The new piece of equipment features the latest design of laminating machines, for improved flexibility, higher working speed and top-quality performance. The restructuring works to add further space in the plant will start soon to accommodate larger equipment. The new machine should be put into production at the end of 2018.
