Description: The Blue Tissue Sapi de C.V. has chosen the technology of A.Celli Paper to fulfil the order of a complete turnkey tissue plant.
In doing so, the company based in Mexico has availed itself of A.Celli’s technological excellence in terms of stock preparation and rewinding systems.
Details: The new Tissue machine will have a pope reel measuring 2,700 mm in width and a working speed of 2,000 m/min, and is part of a complete turnkey project.
The design of the new generation LPG Gas Hood and the 16-foot steel forged Yankee cylinder are the additional elements of technological excellence, the hallmark of the A.Celli Company whose offer perfectly meets the many disparate needs of the market in terms of experience and professionalism, and real added value for customers.
The order is completed by a 100% virgin fiber stock preparation system which will work in conjunction with a Deinking system (supplied by the customer), as well as a two-plies slitter rewinder.
Start-up: The start-up of the plant is scheduled for the end of the 1st quarter of 2019.
