Dunapack Packaging, part of Prinzhorn Group, has signed an agreement to acquire Stora Enso’s corrugated packaging operations in Germany.
The transaction involves three companies and related facilities in the southwest of the country, with approximately 350 employees and projected revenues of around €74 million in 2025.
The acquisition is part of Dunapack’s geographic expansion strategy and aims to strengthen the group’s industrial integration in the packaging sector. Closing is expected during 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
