Kemira has completed the acquisition of Water Engineering, Inc., a privately-owned company based in Nebraska, USA, specializing in industrial water treatment services. The transaction, announced on August 30, 2025, has now been finalized, strengthening Kemira’s strategic position in the North American market and expanding its water treatment service capabilities.
Water Engineering provides customized water treatment solutions for food & beverage, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. The company will be integrated into Kemira’s Water Solutions business unit and will continue operating from its current locations to ensure continuity for customers and employees.
