Telasis Tekstil, part of the Hassan Group, has confirmed its trust in Italian manufacturer A.Celli with a new supply of an E-WIND Stream winder and an E-WIND Rapid rewinder.
The collaboration between A.Celli Nonwovens and the Hassan Group dates back to 1995, when Telasis received its first AC4 winder and AC710 rewinder—both still in operation today. Over the years, the partnership has expanded to other group companies, including Merkas Tekstil and Pelsan, culminating in this latest installation.
The new supply also features the integrated DSS – Defect Stop System, which tracks defects and segregates rolls. The production line is designed to handle a wide range of carded spunlace materials, with weights from 10 to 80 gsm and widths up to 3,600 mm, for applications in textile apparel, synthetic leather, and hygiene products.
