The Board of Directors of Essity has appointed Ulrika Kolsrud as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Group, effective June 1, 2025. Kolsrud previously served as President of Essity’s Health & Medical unit and succeeds Magnus Groth, who earlier this year informed the Board of his intention to step down during 2025.
