Kimberly-Clark Corporation has announced the appointment of Stacey Valy Panayiotou as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective September 10. Panayiotou succeeds current interim CHRO Viviane Cury, who will return to the role of Vice President, Talent Business Partner for North America.
Panayiotou will lead the global HR function, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, labor relations, and benefits, reporting to Mike Hsu, Chairman and CEO of Kimberly-Clark.
“Stacey is a transformational leader, and her ‘people-first’ approach perfectly aligns with our values,” said Hsu. Panayiotou brings over twenty years of global human resources experience, having held senior roles at Ball Corporation, Graphic Packaging International, and The Coca-Cola Company. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and two master’s degrees from Loyola University Chicago.
“I am honored to join a company with a long-standing tradition of performance and people focus, and I look forward to further developing the capabilities of Kimberly-Clark’s global workforce,” said Panayiotou.
