Austrian packaging company Cardbox Packaging is to acquire Austrian paper cup manufacturer Valuepap. The deal is expected to close on 31st December 2021.
Valuepap produces paper-based cups with sustainable barrier coatings, especially for the ice cream, honey and dry food markets. For Cardbox Packaging, the acquisition represents an important strategic addition to its product portfolio and a further step of growth.
