DS Smith Packaging Italia and Tiber Pack have signed an agreement to develop and promote integrated packaging solutions and packaging automation systems, combining DS Smith’s expertise in corrugated packaging with Tiber Pack’s know-how in automation.
A key element of the partnership is Nicetuck™, Tiber Pack’s proprietary technology designed to completely eliminate the use of glue in packaging. The glue-free approach simplifies packaging and can support its recyclability, while also helping to reduce emissions and costs along the supply chain.
The solution is also designed to optimize production lines by reducing machinery complexity.
