British companies Duraweld Scarborough, and Prima Yorkshire have announced their merger. With this move, bespoke stationary and packaging supplier Duraweld expands its range of products into folding cartons.

Prima managers Andrew Birkinshaw and Richard Cragg will retire, whereas Jon Simms will continue to work with Duraweld.
Prima designs and manufactures quality folding card and PVC high frequency welded products. The company’s portfolio comprises printed and plain folding cartons, corrugated cartons and point-of-sale folders and pockets, ring binders, PVC pockets and paper over-board boxes and folders.
