Kristina Stabernack, forth generation business owner and manager of the German packaging manufacturer STI Group, has decided to sell her company. Ms. Stabernack is looking for a partner, who can promote the future growth of the company, however further details behind her decision are not yet known in this preliminary phase. STI Group has over two thousand employees and manufactures packaging and display units in eight production plants in Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. In the last two years the company has launched a realignment programme and managed to improve efficiency and increase turnover by about 7%.
