Last July Solenis has completed the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Poliquímicos . Headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico, Poliquímicos is a leading producer and supplier of specialized chemical solutions for water-intensive industries, including the pulp and paper markets in Mexico.
