Trevikart GreenDesign, the business unit of Italian paper group Pro-Gest, has developed a range of modular design bookshelves made from recycled cardboard.
Among the products are the Kit Libreria Guardi, a rectangular modular bookshelf that can also be used as a lightweight room divider, and the Libreria Modulare Esagono Kit, featuring hexagonal modules that can be added, moved and rearranged over time.
The solutions combine lightweight construction, easy assembly and flexibility, while the use of recycled cardboard supports a more sustainable approach to furniture design. The modular concept also helps reduce waste by allowing the furniture to be adapted rather than replaced when space requirements change.
