Twin Rivers Paper Company www.twinriverspaper.com has concluded a final agreement for the purchase of the paper mill in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, owned by Mondi Group www.mondigroup.com. Twin Rivers, with its headquarters in Madawaska, in Maine, produces special packaging, special technical papers and labels. It is owned by Atlas Holdings and Blue Wolf Capital. The paper mill which will be purchased based on this agreement produces unbleached kraftpaper like Multiwall, Converting and Grocery Bag which are used for a variety of food, agricultural and industrial applications.
