The Metso-supplied Advantage AirCap hood and Advantage WetDust system at Disley Tissue near Manchester in the United Kingdom were successfully started up last autumn. The Advantage AirCap hood is based on the latest technology and best energy saving principles: in this case it is designed to remarkably increase the production without affecting the current energy consumption.
The Advantage WetDust system applies the patented, innovative concept of a fully wet system to capture dust at the source by encapsulating it in water.
