Completion of acquisition of Grupo Lantero’s corrugated business
For approximately € 190 m (c.£ 135 m), following receipt of competition authority clearance, DS Smith signed the completion of the acquisition of the corrugated activities of Grupo Lantero last July.
Public consultation on the electric energy market
On 15th July 2015 the European Commission published a communication entitled «Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions launching the public consultation process on a new energy market design».
ETS falls short of expectations
