Futura has announced that its Andromeda Concept high performance tissue converting technology is to be delivered to Resolute Forest Products ready for the expected start of tissue production in the first quarter of 2017.
The Andromeda concept represents a complete new converting solution which redraws the boundaries for tissue roll products converting. It was demonstrated for the first time in its complete form in FuturaLab during iT’s Tissue in Lucca last June.
