The Mondi Group has announced the shutdown of the Lohja Finnish plant, which is specialized in the production of wrapping paper. The reason for the final closure of the plant is to be found in the prolonged financial débâcle of the plant, according to Mondi. The plant shutdown will have repercussions on about 170 employees in total.
