Last first September, Cologne’s district court initiated insolvency proceedings regarding the German manufacturer of paper and special cardboard Zanders. At the same time, the company’s management team ceased their operational responsibilities. According to a press release published from the insolvency practitioner’s officer, operations at Zanders and the chosen restructuring process will continue.
