Petri Rasinmäki has been appointed director of Valmet’s Paper business line effective Sept. 1, 2023. In his new role, Rasinmäki is a member of Valmet’s management team and reports to CEO Pasi Lainee.
Jari Vähäpesola, the current manager of the Paper business line, has decided to retire after his long and successful career at Valmet effective Dec. 1, 2023.
Petri Rasinmäki currently works in Valmet’s Paper business line as manager of the Cardboard and Paper Mills business unit. Prior to his current position, he worked in various management and executive positions at Valmet and Metso since 2004.
