Kadant Fiberline (China), a subsidiary of Kadant, has received an order from Sun Paper for the supply of a new OCC processing system for the company’s mill in Guangxi, China.
The system, designed for the PM21 paper machine, is scheduled to start up in 2027 and will have a capacity of 1,600 BDMT per day. The line will be equipped with permanent magnet motor technology throughout the system, designed to improve energy efficiency and overall performance.
The order further strengthens the long-standing cooperation between Kadant and Sun Paper, which has continued for around three decades. According to Peter Ma, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kadant Fiberline China, the project represents another step in the companies’ collaboration and will support Sun Paper’s continued growth in southern China.
