Rengo has completed the acquisition of 60% of the shares of Toppan Containers Co.which, at the same time, has changed its trade name and headquarters.
In future, Rengo will actively invest in the three Rengo Toppan Containers factories – Kawaguchi-shi in the prefecture of Saitama, Sano-shi in the prefecture of Tochigi and Ishinomaki-shi in the prefecture of Miyagi – and will increase its manufacturing capacity of corrugated packaging and further improve the quality of its production.
In this way, the Rengo Group increases it supply of corrugated cardboard packaging in the region of Kanto, where demand for corrugated cardboard packaging is increasing significantly, and will organise systems to best meet customers’ future requirements.
