Three aces for James Crooper


The British paper producer James Cropper assigned top jobs inside his company. Steve Adams (in the picture), who was formally appointed as managing director of the paper division in September 2016, has now started his mandate in practice. Adams boasts more than 30 years experience and a strong background in terms of commercial leadership.

I am thrilled to join James Cropper at a time, when business is flourishing and tries to grow in new areas too», says the manager. «The company enjoys an excellent reputation in paper production and processing and I personally look forward to bringing my knowledge and competences to further consolidate its position».

Alison Daniels (in the picture) will be the new marketing manager. Her task will be to supervise the company’s marketing strategy in the area of paper production. Daniels has over 15 years experience in the marketing sector, having worked for Bayer Crop Science in the United Kingdom.

The Fabulous Three also features the paper and packaging expert Ivan Iannetta, who was appointed as sales manager for the US Eastern coast with the task of supporting local customers and promote the company’s range of products in the area.

As James Cropper’s CEO Phil Wild puts it, «the paper manufacturing sector has gone through several changes in recent years, that is why innovation and development are more important than ever. We are convinced that the new members of our team will bring in the necessary competences and experience to serve in the front line in our sector, be it in the field of technical development, marketing strategies or sales increase».
